1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after we receive your cleared payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM AEST on a business day will generally begin processing the same day.
  • Orders placed on Friday afternoons, Saturdays, Sundays, or during major public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
  • During high-volume promotional periods, seasonal sales, or new collection launches, order processing times may be extended up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience during these busy times.

An automated email notification containing your official invoice will be sent immediately after order placement. Once your package leaves our fulfillment center, you will receive a secondary shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We partner with reliable regional and international courier networks (including Australia Post, DHL, and FedEx) to provide dependable delivery services. Shipping costs and estimated delivery windows vary depending on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping tier.

2.1 Domestic Shipping (Within Australia)

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3 to 7 business days. Flat rate shipping fees are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the delivery postcode.
  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1 to 3 business days. This option is available at checkout for an additional premium fee.
  • Free Shipping: We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all domestic Australian orders exceeding a total order value of €75.00 (or local currency equivalent).

2.2 International Shipping

We ship our simple life essentials to select international destinations worldwide.

  • International Standard: Estimated delivery within 10 to 21 business days, depending on the destination country and local customs clearance processing speeds.
  • International Express: Estimated delivery within 5 to 10 business days via premium air courier services.
  • Exact international shipping rates are calculated in real-time at checkout based on the dimensional weight of the items and the destination country zone.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not strictly guaranteed. Remote or rural locations may require additional transit days.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For all international orders shipped outside of Australia, the recipient acts as the importer of record and must comply with all local laws and regulations of the destination country.

OPSIS DESIGNS PTY LTD is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or brokerage fees levied by your country’s customs department. These charges are completely outside our control and are determined by your local government authorities.

All additional fees incurred during customs clearance must be paid directly by the customer. If you refuse to accept a delivery due to unexpected import fees, the package will be returned to our warehouse or abandoned by the carrier. In such cases, the cost of return shipping and any disposal fees will be deducted from your potential product refund.

4. Shipment Tracking

Transparency is vital to our service. Every parcel dispatched from our fulfillment center includes comprehensive end-to-end tracking capabilities.

Upon dispatch, your shipping confirmation email will provide a direct tracking link and a unique tracking ID. You can monitor the real-time location and progress of your package by clicking the link or entering the tracking ID directly into the portal of the assigned courier service. Please allow up to 24 to 48 hours for the courier tracking information to update on their system after receiving your initial notification.

5. Shipping Address Accuracy and Modifications

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the shipping address, contact name, and telephone number provided during checkout are completely accurate and complete.

  • Address Corrections: If you notice an error in your shipping details, you must contact us immediately via email at jkwmpl@opsis-designs.com within 2 hours of placing your order. We will do our absolute best to update the information before the order enters our automated fulfillment pipeline.
  • Failed Deliveries: OPSIS DESIGNS PTY LTD is not liable for packages that are lost, delayed, or delivered to the wrong address due to inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to our facility because of an invalid address or failure to collect from a local post office locker, the customer will be required to pay the standard re-shipping fees before we dispatch the items a second time.

6. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

We take extreme care in packaging your home items securely. However, if an issue occurs during transit, we are committed to assisting you.

  • Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives visibly damaged, broken, or compromised, please document the damage immediately by taking clear photographs of the outer packaging and the interior contents. Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery at jkwmpl@opsis-designs.com. As outlined in our Refund and Returns Policy, a physical return of the item may be required to process a replacement.
  • Stolen Packages: If your tracking status states that the package was “Delivered,” but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors, building managers, or safe drop spots around your property. OPSIS DESIGNS is not responsible for packages stolen from your doorstep after successful delivery confirmation by the courier.
  • Lost Packages: If your tracking history stops updating for more than 10 consecutive business days, please notify us. We will initiate an official investigation trace with the carrier network to resolve the matter.
